Drug dependency touches the lives of each member of the community.  Some of us are aware of how it continues to affect us and others of us are not.  Some people think of it in terms of dollars . . . the costs, the taxes, the expenses, while others think about the people whose lives have been impacted the most . . . people who have met the challenge of finally living their lives drug and alcohol free.
